Minecraft has run out of memory

I was installing sphax textue pack and I dragged the file into minecraft, then when I tried to open it up it said that minecraft had run out if memory. I clicked the fix button and I did everything it said but it still didn't work, I restarted it refreshed it did everything I could but it still didn't work.
