/say can crash servers

When there are a lot of entities (I mean at least 50 or so loaded) and someone or a command block does "/say @e" they will input so many words into the chat that the world will freeze for 5 seconds and either Minecraft (not the launcher, but the game) will crash (Has not been tested if the server itself crashes). This means if a server doesn't ban "/say", unopped players can potentially crash the server.
