Ender Dragons and Bats don't have a collision box

In the recent snapshots all of the mobs were given collision boxes. All except the Ender Dragon and Bat. Both of these mobs fly so maybe it is intentional?

A simple way to reproduce is to use the following command that spawns an Ender Dragon or Bat with no AI. You can move through it without moving you.

/summon EnderDragon ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}

/summon Bat ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}
