Blocks with connected models do not display properly.

Certain blocks do not display properly. Mostly those that connect with other blocks and form a different model while doing so, but Redstone and Glass Pane never display properly, neither do redstone repeaters and comparators (although not pictured). This is only while using a resource pack. In the image supplied, the resource pack is on, but the pack doesn't modify anything that's in the image (other than the bug).
