big lag and glitch with pistons when making contraptions

I was making piston 3x3 door by tutorial made by mumbojumbo, and it seems that pistons are glitching alot, doors open and close after a big delay. I even made a video and the link is below just to let you understand how it looks. I dont know if this is only for my pc (that NEVER happened before) or this is a glitch but if you want to recreate it, find on youtube tutorial by mumbojumbo how to create 3x3 door and here how glitch looks:

EDIT: I think you can close this. I believe this is my PC problem cuz even "save and quit" freezes my PC...
