MC-89631Playsound command doesn't work correctly with absolute coords
When I enter this command:
playsound waterfall_loop @a[score_waterTimer_min=1,score_waterTimer=1] 154 95 -160 1.0 1.0 1.0
and the player is within "hearing range" it plays perfectly, as in when you walk away from that location it will get softer and when you get closer it gets louder. But when you get out the "hearing range" and it plays again, it just plays the sounds relative to the player's location and ignores the absolute coords.
To Reproduce
1. Make any playsound command repeat at absolute coords (Mine repeats every 7secs)
2. Go within hearing range and hear that it is as soft/loud as it should be
3. Leave hearing range and listen. You will see it plays at full volume.
