Spectator Mode Sound Bug

While Spectating a entity if it moves away from when you "Entered" the entity the sound does not follow.

I noticed the same bug reports but they are from 1.8.1 or snapshots and are labeled Fixed or Duplicate. also cannot find which one they were Duplicates of, maybe put a link to the original thread when marking as Duplicate
