Block registering issue

When i break a block on a minecraft realm server, the block is destroyed and given to you.

However, after several hours, whenever i break blocks with the right tool, the block isn't given back. It is NOT lag. it happens every time. it only happens on realms too. It is not adventure mode since i used the right tool on the right block(s). It is also NOT spawn protection because i'm 1000 blocks away.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a tool or fist
2. Break any block on realms
3. Block isnt given back
