Enchanted Books from fishing have no enchantments.

What I expected to happen was...:
The Enchanted Books were supposed to be enchanted.

What actually happened was...:
The books had no enchantment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go fishing.
2. Fish until you get an enchanted book.
3. Look at the book.
