RU UA Language

Problem is, that all Russian and Ukrainian chars are won't write correctly from keyboard.
But if i copy-paste text from some place, it's insert correctly.
Also 'work' for signs.

This glitch affected to all versions.
When you pass text (Russian,Ukrainian), its use chars from glyph_00.
