mob and login freezing (single player)

What I expected to happen was...:
login and fight mobs

What actually happened was...:
every mob in all minecraft versions only have 1 frame and only the mobs everything else is perfectly fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login
2. spawn mobs
3. punch mobs
