mules spawns naturally instead of donkeys!!! and spider jockeys doesn't spawn!

the title says all of the problem

there is another bug:spider jockeys doesn't spawn!(i tried to spawn them via commands,they spawned but skeletons didn't have any bows!,but they started hitting me with their fists!)
