Black potion particle effect above block limit

When I am above the block building limit, when I have potion effects, the particles are black.
I expected them to be normal-colored.

They turned out black.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put on a potion effect (I was using jump boost)
2.Go to the block limit.
