Redstone Comparitor Signal Locking a Repeater doesn't show "Locked" bar on Repeater

On the MC wiki, repeaters are able to be locked by both a comparitor and another repeater. This makes a bedrock "bar" indicating the locked state.

Repeaters with a comparitor connecting towards them does NOT show the bar, but it still acts locked.
