F3 Load Problem

I love the new 1.9 snapshots, but I also love redstone so I use F3 a lot.I load my coords info screen my minecraft fps is shot down very low and every ~5 seconds my whole world reloads all chunks and freezes me for a quick moment this continues until I either crash or get annoyed and have to relog and the launcher/crash report says the system fell behind. Just something to look into... I understand it is still a snapshot but I really want to be able to /clone and /fill things without completely restarting my computer
