Spider Jockeys are broken - skeleton does not move

I set up a spider farm in a spider dungeon. Sometimes spider Jockeys spawn, but in this version the skeleton immedietely gets detached from its spider and does not move. The skeleton also takes no damage and is uneffected by gravity. Reloading the game/chunk fixes the behavior of the skeleton.
