Mouse Glitches

llo,
I have been playing minecraft for over 3 years now and I got this bug where my Mouse was Glitching,I put it in a differant usb port and that also didnt solve the issue,
Then I Went on my other computer and tested out my mouse it worked there just fine,
I have no idea why this is happening I have already tried to Delete my .Minecraft folder and that didnt do anything.
is there a solution to this problem?
I know for sure that my mouse isnt broken, My mouse works great and when i get on minecraft then my mouse tends to lag, This has nothing to do with gameplay i always Hit 60fps or higher. So what can i do?
