Title / Tellraw Jar bug

Can't tellraw or title. It's not my fault, veiwed lots of YT viedeos.

I expected that it title or tellraw a custom player a text

What actually happened was...:
It gives out the output: Invalid json: malformed JSON at line 1 column 3

Steps to Reproduce:
