Snow appears more blue when the camera is moving or rotating

When the camera is moving or rotating, the top side of snow (block and decoration) appears more blue.

Factors That I Have Ruled Out:

• Viewpoint(first, third from back, third from front)
• Fast/Fancy Graphics
• Creative/Survival
• Different Snow Heights

Factors That Make It Blue-shift:

• Light (more light=more blue, e.g., sunlight makes it really blue, torches less so, redstone torches do not appear to make it blue at all)

A snow decoration block will NOT be blue-shifted if it is directly adjacent to a block (a snow block will). If it is diagonally adjacent to a block, the snow will be split diagonally and the side further from the block will be blue, while the side closer to the block won't be blue.

I didn't include any pics because the screenshots did not show the blue that I'm talking about. If it's just me, sorry for wasting your time.
