Repeter Texture

The Redstone Repeter has a kind of bedrock texture when it's powered sideways.

*Nothing should happen normally.

*What actually happened was that the repeter texture changed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a repeter.
2. Power it with redstone power from the side.
It works on both survival and creative.
