Other players invisible

Playing local multiplayer server. The first player to log in can see the second player log in and move. The second player to log in can't see the first player who logged in before them. If someone logs out and logs in, the player who remained online can see the player log in, but the player who logged in can't see the player who remained online. As a result, one player is always invisible to the other.
