Help I can't access Minecraft

What I expected to happen was...:
The game opening regularly

What actually happened was...:
The game crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft Launcher 1.6.13
2. Press Play
3. Wait until it crashes

I'm sorry I cannot describe my situation any longer as I have never had to report a bug to Mojang before.
I'm hoping there is some way I can fix this
