Chorus fruit do not teleport when on a horse / minecart.

I expected to be teleport with my horse / minecart or at least without it.

I ate a chorus fruit, the animation appeared and it teleported me at my current positon : if I'm at x:0 z:0 y:70 and eat a chorus fruit, it teleport me at x:0 z:0 y:70 .
