Fishing Rods deteriorating fast

New fishing rods will deteriorate abnormally fast. Currently rods are lasting around 20 uses.

What I expected to happen was...:
Rods would last longer

What actually happened was...:
Broken very fast

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft new fishing rod
2. Use new fishing rod approx. 20 times
3. Cry when your new fishing rod has broken
