Beetroot sometimes bugged on village houses roof

When I logged into creative world beetroots were bugged on roofs. when u press pick up block (mouse 3) in creative mode u will get beetroot. Right click (mouse 2) turn it into stair. And I reloged and there were no beetroots more. Sometimes its somehow bugged or mixing block ids. And if u stand on beetroot on roof u will not be able to move . Like on some server u see a block but its not there in level.dat > BAD ENGLISH <*
