sounds not working at all

Dear MOJANG.

I have just re-installed MINECRAFT and now the sound does not work. I have tried re-installing it again, pressing F3+S also F3+T, changing the MIPMAP levels and the Render Distance settings. None of them worked.

Please can you fix this bug as I enjoy playing MINECRAFT and I am very disappointed that it no longer works properly.
