Non Accessible Command Blocks

I was playing around and experimenting with command blocks, when i went into survival mode and tried to test my new command block powered weapons. i eventually died and went back to my command blocks after switching to creative from survival and i noticed that i could not open any of them up. Eventually after Re-Logging they started working is there a possible way to fix this?
