If a spawner's delay is 0, right clicking with a spawn egg on it doesn't change the id.

When a spawner's delay is 0 and someone right clicks it with a spawn egg, it will spawn the egg's mob, set the delay like it just spawned something, and fail to save the new id. When delay is not 0, right clicking works fine.
