Levitation does not show rightly on the "effect indicator"

With the snapshots of the version 1.9, you can see that was added something like an indicator that shows what effects you have put. The error I'm reporting is about the levitation effect, that when you have put it, in that "indicator" mentioned before, this effect shows some space lower than it should (on the right upper tip of Minecraft).
