Can't destroy minecart by holding down left mouse button

Steps to reproduce:

-Place down a minecart on a rail
-Try to destroy it by hand or with a weak tool like a stone pickaxe by just clicking it and holding down the mouse button like you would mine a block

Actual results:

• Minecart jiggles one time. You need to click fast and repeatedly to destroy it.

Expected results:

• Minecart gets destroyed after some time just by holding down the mouse button
