in a nether fortress my blaze spawner appears empty and also doesn't spawn blazes

My blaze spawner doesn't spawn any blazes and also appears empty instead of a spinning blaze in the middle. My difficulty is on hard, I double checked, and all of my torches are gone too. I also have a screenshot of it which i will send you to help you identify it (If it is not new) The only thing that might cause this that i can think of is my mods which are dynamic lights, and hardcore darkness.
