Commandblocks repeat sounds

When i play a sound(break block, place block, noteblock ecc...) and right after i open a command block it replay the sound

What I expected to happen was...:
i can't answer to this question!

What actually happened was...:
The commandblock played another time the sound

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a commandblock
2. play a sound with a noteblock or break/place a block
3. open the commandblock immediately
