Hi-res texture pack clouds have garbage on edges

Hi-res texture pack clouds have garbage on edges. You can see screenshots.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start world.
2. Change the clouds.png image size to 32x32 using Photoshop or similar. Save. Or use my texture in attach.
3. Change view distance to normal.

Texture pack: Faithful 32x32
Clouds texture: Samuil19
