Screen keeps moving in one direction after mouse stops (no F8)

Close Description:
After updating machine from Win 7 to Win 10 the in-game screen keeps moving into the last direction I moved my mouse to. I assumed I accidentally hit F8 but this did not solve/alter my problem, it also does not stop moving and keeps going on until I pause, type or move my mouse again.

This bug does not happen every time I (re)boot my machine and game.
rebooting game does not solve problem.
repair of game does not solve problem.
clean install (after uninstall/removal of game files) does not solve problem.

Checked control settings, found no solution.
Checked internet for people with similar problems none found.
Checked posted bugs on Mojang, none similar found.
