Black Screen

When I log onto 1.9 and go into a world or server with ANY sort of Resource Pack, my screen goes black, although I am able to still open the Debug menu, type in chat, do commands, break blocks, etc.

The way I have found to fix it is do the process above, turn off my resource packs, and delete the folder in the versions folder. After that, it fixes until I log onto another version of Minecraft then back on 1.9.
