Odd Item Stack Sizes Available Through Villager Trading

*Untested in earlier versions*
One can summon in a villager with custom trade values. Tweaking these, a player can bend the stack limits.

Ways to "bend the rules":
-adding to the stack size in the input slot
BuyCount: -1 to -64, SellCount: any
-getting less than 1 stack sizes in the output slot
BuyCount: any, SellCount: 0 to -128 (overflows and at 129)
