Black Blocks and Wallhack?

The bug is basically almost every block in the game is pitch black. I'm not sure how I did it it just happened. It only does this bug from Minecraft version 1.8.0+. I have redownloaded the game multiple times. I have unistalled and reinstalled Java..none of that worked. Sometimes I am able to type in games and sometimes I am not. If you guys could recommend anything that I do but I have tried a lot of things and this bug is game-breaking. I have never seen anything like it.
