Brewing Stand not Brewing

Playing on a LAN Server, As the LAN Host and using Automated Brewing Stand Machine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTvYKtL822E, I am not able to brew potions/ animations do not show , my Friend how ever is allowed to make motions with no problems.
