Levitation Effect makes you bounce.

When levitation effect is at certain levels it makes you glide (PLEASE DONT remove the gliding "bug"). When you land at certail heights you bounce REALLY high .

What I expected to happen was: you would land normally, but take no fall damage

What actually happened was: i landed and flew up about 50 blocks into the air.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get in survival mode.
2. Go to a height enough to take fall damage (try 10 blocks)
3. Put in this command and jump off: effect @p 25 1000000 254
PLEASE do NOT remove the part where it makes you glide/hover. Just the part about fall damage and bouncing.
