Error 409: End City gone

I loaded my LP world, and I couldn't find an End City. I loaded a world with the same seed, and I found an end city. I loaded my LP and went to where I saw it, and I found it in my real LP! But then it glitched out like crazy, so I reloaded the world and the End City was missing. So sad!
