Doors Dissapearing

Oak Wooden Doors Disappearing.

After I die, or re-enter the map, I want to enter my house.

Problem is: either the door is gone, and I need to build a new one.

Or the door is invisible (can't click on it, open it or destroy it) and you still can't go through, unless you destroy the block below it

Steps to Reproduce:

Dying:

1. Build house, make door, place door.
2. Die by skeleton, creeper or spider.
3. Respawn, and run like hell back to house (middle of the night).
4. The door is invisible, but I still can't enter the house.
5. Remove sandstoneblock below the door.
6. (This doesn't happen for 50% of the time, sometimes it even appears suddenly in one of the chests): Pick up the door and replace it

Re-logging into the map:

1. Build house, make door, place door.
2. log out of the map.
3 Log back into the map.
4. Door has vanished, doesn't show up when you destroy block below it.

I haven't tried this with other wooden doors besides Oak doors. Also haven't tried out Iron doors.
