After using the 'Levitation' effect with Commandblocks, the Player gets Launched in the air after touching the floor

I Just used the new Levitation-Effect in Command-Blocks. But in Survival and Adventure-Mode 1 get Launched up in the air after Touching the ground again.

The Command to fly high i used is: /effect @a minecraft:levitation 4 3 true
And for Slowly getting back to the ground: /effect ... 1 245 true

Even if the Effekt ends in mid-air i get launched

Hope the bug get fixed soon to work on my Adventure Map ;DD
