Mobs item/equipment invisible / gone

Armor Stands don't have any items on them (at least not visible) when i spawn them. I used this command : /summon ArmorStand ~ ~1 ~ {ShowArms:1,Equipment:[

{id:lapis_block,Count:1}

,{},{},{},

{id:stone,Damage:3,Count:1}

]} . I tried alot of different items like tools, swords and other blocks and it didn't work. It also didn't work with Zombies where i first tried it but i didn't try it on any other mob. Probablly the same issue if it doesn't anyway. ^^
