Several Blocks disappearing

Some Blocks, like Stone Stairs or Doors are disappearing after some or after reloading the world. There were two iron doors and now there is only a half of a door left, after some hours. And there were cobblestone stairs as a roof on a little house. Those disappeared and left the Blocks that were under those went a bit darker
