Directional command blocks respond to blocks not facing them.

In some tests I was messing around with the new commands blocks when I tried to do a large block of a compact system with the new option "Always Powered", but I doubt this has anything to do with the bug. Here's the bug: if you set up command blocks in the fashion shown in the included screenshot and set them to a command, both of the chain blocks (blue) will activate when the original (orange) is clearly pointing into only one.
