Enderpearl cooldown indicator isn't always transparent

When you throw an enderpearl in creative and there is only 1 in the slot you're holding, the white cooldown square that covers it is slightly transparent, but if there is 2 or more in the slot, the square is solid white. This happens in survival when there is 1 pearl left after you throw an enderpearl.
