Zombie villagers profession

When a villager becomes a zombie and you do the magic trick to let him become human again (the weakness potion + the golden apple), some times the villager apparently change his profession. (example: I spawned a blacksmith villager, when he died he bacame a blacksmith villager zombie, but when i used the trick to make him human he changed his profession and became a butcher)
