/summon command not working

Today in snapshot: 15w35b i tried using "/summon Fireball ~ ~3 ~

{direction:[], ExplosionPower:3}

" in a command block and i received this message,
"Unable to summon object" after testing the /summon command with several other mobs and entities not one worked.
