Stairs not spawned in villages, weird ligthing in place of stairs

The village in my world the i generated in 15w35b is missing all the stairs and is left with a bunch of shadows. I tried walking in the areas and I stared glitching out. Most of them it's just completely dark but i found one with a weird lighting glitch with different light levels.
