Spawn Eggs are buggy

When i want to give me a Squid spawn egg via Command
[/summon Item ~ ~1 ~ {Item:{id:spawn_egg,Damage:94,Count:1,tag:{display:{Name:"SetCrafter",Lore:[Use to place a Crafter!]}}}}]
it gives me a white egg and it spawns nothing!
Also dont works with /give
